  • Start 2019 with a contract role until 30 April 2019 enhancing your customer service skills daily
  • Work full time hours between 7am-7pm Monday to Friday in a professional and fun environment
  • Waterside contact centre in the heart of Newcastle

The role

When you start in this role you will be trained, coached and supported to become an exceptional Customer Service Representative. Being responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience every call means you will engage with your customers and provide phone based customer service to the NSW community daily. You, your leadership team and your colleagues will create a positive workplace that is defined by excellence, professionalism and above all fun!

About you

Energy and passion for exemplary customer service delivery comes naturally, you’re solutions focussed and enjoy engaging with people over the phone to create positive customer interactions on each call. You consider yourself tech savvy and are keen to learn systems and policy quickly.

You are able to work Monday to Friday shifts rostered between 7am - 7pm (35 hours a week), have no leave for the duration of this contract until 30 April 2019, and are available to attend an assessment centre Wednesday 9th January.
