  • Our client is currently seeking a customer service professional to join their busy team. This client is a leading name in the pharmaceutical industry and have a high reputation for their products and service. Because of this we are looking for someone who preferably has experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry. This is a very mature and professional environment and so we are seeking someone who has at least 3 years commitment to the same company displaying loyalty and strong a strong work ethic.

    Your responsibilities will include the following:

    • General customer service responsibilities (order processing, general enquiries etc.)
    • Assist customer with product availability, promotions and pricing
    • Provide sales support
    • Process credits and resolve account issues and queries
    • Check the status of each order and communicate with appropriate stakeholders
    • Liaise with the dispatch department with regards to stock levels and order status

    To be successful in the role you will require the following:

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience within customer service
    • Previous experience within pharmaceuticals or medical/healthcare industries preferred
    • Experience with or exposure to the SAP system preferred
    • A mature and dedicated personality
    • Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of superior customer service
    • Experience within a call centre environment
    • The confidence and ability to work with urgency and in high pressure situations
