Key duties will include:

  • Dealing with the offshore/onshore teams
  • Coordinating the delivery of orders
  • Day to day management of orders
  • Dealing with various customer queries
  • Communication with various stakeholders
  • Following up on payments as necessary

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Experience working within accounts payable and/or transport
  • Ideally had exposure to FMCG industry
  • Previous supply chain experience
  • SAP essential
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Team player who is committed to their customer service career
