This large, international bank is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Parramatta. Based in modern offices you will be responsible for managing customer queries through Web Chat, which are generated through the bank’s social media platforms – Twitter, Live Chat and Facebook. Your exceptional communication skills and passion as a premium customer service representative will be the key to your success! Working on a rotating roster, Monday to Friday, you will be a part of a dynamic, fun and high performing team. This opportunity is not-to-be-missed!

Please note the rotating roster is between 8am - 8pm.

Your responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via web chat, in a professional and timely manner
  • Consistently follow up on customer needs
  • Be a source of knowledge for the bank’s products and services
  • Work effectively with your team
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

About you

  • Prior experience in banking & sales is essential
  • Experience in a Web Chat environment is ideal

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
