Customer Service representatives wanted, step into the engaging world of customer service now!

This global organisation is currently looking for enthusiastic, dedicated individuals eager to begin their journey in customer service. No matter what your background we invite you as full training is to be provided to successful candidates.

In this role you will have access to plenty of development opportunities, as well as ongoing support and an introduction to a variety of Government departments. If you’re tech savvy, keen to learn about customer service and have a positive attitude, now is your chance!

The Role:

  • Rotating roster from 7am - 7pm, Monday to Friday (no weekend work!)
  • Inbound calls relating to customer enquiries
  • Administration and compliance follow-up
  • Working in a large contact centre
  • Working through multiple screens to update information
  • Moderan, fun offices with ping pong tables and casual attire everyday
