Work for a global leader in the manufacturing industry with over 100 sites across Australia, You will be providing exceptional customer service to key clients and working to deadlines in a fast past environment. This is a varied and exciting role which will involve a great attention to detail and proactive thinking.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide a fantastic and seamless customer experience via phone and email
  • Processing orders
  • Raising quotes
  • Place and confirm customer orders
  • Making outbound call’s to warm leads
  • Maintain non conformance
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Meet and maintain KPI’s

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar office based role
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • You will have strong organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly-skilled in typing, writing, grammar and oral communication
  • Full time availability
  • Drivers license and reliable transport
  • Must be willing and able to work in alone and in a team environment
