  • Permanent Opportunity – Fixed Term Role – 12 months paying 50k + Super

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Take inbound calls and enquiries from commercial customers
  • Provide first class customer service to our customers and resolve any issues that arise
  • Organise transport, organise a date and organise installers and email all the third parties involved
  • Order Third Party orders, update Sales Order & raise a Purchase order
  • Ensure all information is recorded accurately and correctly in accordance with company regulations

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • The ability to work in a fast, dynamic and ever changing team environment
  • Experience in Customer service or coordination role
  • Strong administration skills across all Microsoft products
  • Highly developed verbal and writing skills
  • An eye for detail with the ability to solve problems
