Customer Service Supervisor
Our client is seeking an experienced customer service professional with previous people management experience within the pharmaceutical, FMCG or medical industries to join their busy team on a permenant basis.
Our client is a large multinational company who is number one in its field. As such, the successful candidate will have high levels of maturity and professionalism.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Undertake general customer service responsibilities as needed
Day to day management of a small customer service team
Performance reviews on staff members
Deal with escalated calls and issues
Creat a positive and collaborative environment for the team
To be successful in the role you will require the following:
Minimum 3 years’ people management experience
Previous experience within pharmaceutical, FMCG, retail or medical/healthcare industries
Strong attention to detail and order processing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
