About the company

Your new company is apart of an Australian waste management solutions organisation, that primarily focuses on a broad range of safety and compliance products and services. You will be reporting to the Regional Operations Manager as a leader of the day to day management of a fast paced NSW Customer Service department. You will work with a team of highly experienced, enthusiastic professionals. You will be responsible for overseeing logistics, our customer service team, maintenance and servicing of our extensive customer base.

About the role

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided via monitoring of Customer Satisfaction
  • Coach and motivate upto a team of 4 on a daily basis.
  • Personally manage key customer relationships
  • Assist your team in achieving key service targets.
  • Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong customer service management experience (exposure to a logistics industry would be beneficial).
  • Computer literacy with sound knowledge of ERP applications and strong excel skills.
  • High accountability along with a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Passion and desire to help your team members succeed and implement processes.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members to excel in their roles.
