Randstad are working closely with a reputable client within the rental and sales industry who are seeking a Customer Service team player who will support and encourage a positive working environment and team approach.
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and account management to current and potential clients; aswell as database management, coordination and administration duties.
Working within a small, friendly team environment; you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service to both customers via telephone and face to face. Your phone manner will be professional, friendly and focused on upselling products and solutions.
In order to be successful you will possess:Strong customer service experience.Experience managing a high volume of calls.Strong administration experience.Confidence in negotiation and dispute resolution.Excellent verbal and written communication.Priority-setting and multi-tasking skills.Intermediate – Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Duties will include:Supporting customers via phone and email.First point of call in onsite showroom.Undertake arrears phone calls and follow ups.Complete rental sales applications and Rental Agreements in a timely manner.Conduct customer credit history checks.Income assessments.Prepare agreements and run sheets for Mobile Representatives.Ad- hoc general administrative tasks.
This position would suit a customer service focused individual with strong administration experience and ability to upsell products. You must be goal focused; in particular focused on improving enquiry conversion rates, arrears rates and customer satisfaction as a team. Call Centre experience would be desirable.
