Your New Company

Your main aim will be to provide exceptional customer service to clients from the largest electricity distribution company which owns, maintains and operates the electrical networks supplying 1.7 million customers in Sydney, the Central Coast and Hunter regions of New South Wales, Australia. This is a varied role in a well established company, where no two days are the same.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Provide high quality and exceptional customer service
  • Accurately process credits and returns
  • Follow up on orders and liaise with freight regarding deliveries
  • Weekly and monthly reporting using MS Excel

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Similar customer service experience with a stable working history & reliability
  • A customer-centric and service-oriented mind-set
  • Ability to manage your duties through wise planning and prioritisation
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
