Your new role

You will be working for one of Australia and New Zealand’s leading Infrastructure and Engineering Services. Working full time hours Monday to Friday, you will be providing outstanding customer service and support to some of the company’s largest clients.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you must have proven outbound customer service experience and a passion for helping people. You must be confident at taking inquiries and scheduling appointments via telecommunication.You must have a professional phone manner and accurate data entry skills. You will possess the ability to maintain professional relationships, integrity and accountability with all staff, service providers and stakeholders.
