Your new company

You will join a leading national manufacturer of building products within the construction industry. Due to exciting and continued growth within the business, a fantastic opportunity has become available within the Customer Service team. You will be joining a vibrant and hardworking team with unlimited support and training from a down to earth, fantastic manager. This will be an amazing opportunity based in Ingleburn on a full time temporary basis with an incredibly likely view for permanency for the right candidate.

You will be the first point of contact for consumers enquiring about services provided. Your core role will be to position the consumer to select this company are their preferred provider of products. You will partner closely with the sales team in a cohesive strategy to ensure consumers have contact points who are intimate with their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling all inbound calls and facilitating customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing sales support to account manage
  • Maintain customer records and ensuring changes are updated in the system
  • Manage payments, send invoices and reconcile payments
  • Convert leads quoted
  • Managing effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Action all customer correspondence
  • Adhoc administration duties as required

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Previous phone based customer service experience in a busy environment
  • Professional and engaging phone manner
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team
  • Available to work rotating roster of 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday
