Your new company is a leading local manufacturer that takes pride in supplying equipment their clients within Australia. The aim is to provide the best-quality equipment for commercial and private use at competitive prices while maintaining a focus on sustainable manufacturing. Your new role is to provide top quality customer service and coordinate all services to internal and external stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Answer all inbound enquiries via phone and email
  • Process all sales orders and bookings
  • Handle complaints with the utmost professionalism and ensure satisfactory resolution
  • Liaise with warehouse to monitor all sales orders
  • Process returns and price adjustments
  • Assist sales team with trade displays

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Experience working in a customer service role with good stability - essential.
  • Ability to build rapport, trust and sound relationships quickly over the phone.
  • Confidence and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi task with great attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy and CRM database management skills.
  • Positive, self-motivated & result oriented attitude.
