Your new company

is a Consumer Electronics company with a globally recognised product line. Serving millions of consumers countrywide they take pride in meeting their customers' needs while providing the utmost quality customer service. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Customer Service professional to join this leading company in a Customer Care & Order Processing role.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Customer Service 20% of the role
  • Order Processing (e-commerce/logistics)
  • Preparing invoices/remittance
  • Financial Services

  • Someone who loves to manage/balancing/reconciling transactions and payments via online payment systems
  • Excel skills are a must
  • Building rapport with customers and your team
  • Resolving any customer supply chain issues or complaints as they arise

To be successful in this role you will possess a good understanding of customer supply chains and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You love to give your excellent customer service and can work individually.
