It's official! Our client is the largest provider of services in Australia's superannuation fund administration industry! Join as a Service Consultant and be part of this high performing team.

You will be the first point of contact for shareholders, creditors, brokers and other professional advisers. You will be responsible for providing complete and accurate information to these clients on a wide range of market product and services through the business tools provided.

Your new role

The team’s main focus is to meet and exceed each clients expectations; serving them through both inbound phone calls. You will also perform administrative tasks as required.

You will be based at the Rhodes call centre on a rotating roster between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday.

Your experience

  • Minimum 6 month’s work experience in an inbound call centre role
  • Previous experience in banking and financial services desirable
  • You must be naturally able to find solutions for callers
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • An interest in working in financial services and superannuation
  • Strong work ethic, taking pride in each and every call
  • Team player, assisting team to achieve targets
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong accountability
  • Ready to take a step up in a challenging, yet rewarding role
