Join an advanced Software company in our head office based in Warriewood. Their innovative software streamlines workshop processes from bookings through to invoicing and everything in between. You will be welcomed into a close-knit team who are highly career driven and dynamic.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is customer centric and passionate about technology. You will work within our customer service team, delivering professional help-desk support to our key clients. Your day to day responsibilities will be:

- Manage inbound calls and email correspondence
- Provide over the phone guidance on how to use software program
- Help solve any low level issues that may arise with the software
- Administrative tasks eg. updating records and paperwork

About You
