This boutique financial services company is seeking an Office Support/Customer Service team member to assist with a variety of administration and client service focused tasks. Based in the heart of the CBD, it is close to public transport and offers standard Monday to Friday working hours. This company provides financial advice to an array of individuals and is well-renowned for their tailored and superior approach to financial planning. Your exceptional customer service skills and strong eye for detail are pivotal to your success in this newly created role. Joining a family-oriented and supportive work environment you will essentially be supporting a small team with administrative tasks and also liaising with clients from time to time. As an Office Support team member you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and welcoming any clients into the office
  • Liaising with clients via email or phone when required
  • Assisting with booking and preparing meetings
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies
  • General office maintenance ensuring that it is well presented, clean and tidy at all times
  • Efficiently and accurately lodging applications
  • Working closely with and reporting to the Senior Client Services Consultant

About you!

  • Must demonstrate stability and tenure in most recent employment
  • Exposure to the financial planning space is highly desired
  • Experience within banking and financial services is highly desired
  • Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or have permanent residency
