Working across fraud operations and product teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of fraud screening activities for our client. As such the role will involve the following:

  • Management of a team of analysts (who work on a 24/7 roster), being a core point of contact for training, quality, process improvements and SLA management.
  • Working across business lines/functions to deliver more effective fraud screening processes, e.g. more effective fraud analytics rules
  • Reviewing and managing fraud rules/trends, advising the team of additional requirements or schemes
  • Getting involved in projects designed to improve customer experience, or reduce the impact of fraud on the organisation

To be successful in this role, you will be required to have the following:

  • 3-5 years experience in a fraud based role, with a keen eye for detail and inquisitive mindset. Those coming from a military or policing background will be looked upon favourably
  • Prior experience managing staff will be seen to be a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with those at all levels.
