We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced director looking for a new adventure to work with an established company who are opening a brand new centre in Pagewood!

The centre places great value on its educators learning and discovering alongside the children they are caring for, guiding them through different experiences and allowing them to flourish in their own time. The competence and experience of the qualified and skilful team at this centre ensure each child's individual needs are met and their full potential realised.

As the Director you are the first point of call for all families and the educators so you will need to have confident and proven leadership skills, enabling you to drive your team to success and ensure that all families are satisfied with the service.

The Role:

  • Full Time / Permanent
  • Assist in the setup and initiation of the Centre, driving enrolments and assisting families, children and the educators settle in to the new environment
  • Delivering a responsive service that is committed to inclusive practices
  • Develop and maintain effective collaborative and respectful relationships
  • Provide high quality care to the children and respond to their emotional needs
  • Support the development, planning and implementation of a quality educational program

Essentials for the role:

  • Appropriate ACECQA approved qualification
  • Relevant experience working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Current Teacher Accreditation Number - NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Current First Aid Certificate relevant to the position
  • Working knowledge of Education and Care Services National Law and Regulation, Child Protection legislation and regulation and National Quality Framework
