Director - Centre Manager - Warwick

Fantastic 57 place service located in Warwick seeks a passionate Director to lead and mentor their team. The centre itself offers large rooms, fantastic outdoor area and great resources and have a long-lasting, supportive team.

  • A minimum of Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
  • Experience in a leadership role within an early childhood environment
  • Sound working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management qualifications
  • A Working With Child Check clearance (or completed the application process for a new Check)


  • Training, mentoring and developing a team of passionate and dedicated staff members
  • Encouraging and developing partnerships between the long-day care, families and the community
  • Managing the Centre's budget and administrative requirements
  • Role modelling behaviours and practices in relation to all NQF indicators
