We have an exciting opportunity for a director or an experienced early childhood educator at a wonderfully warm and friendly centre.

The Centre prides itself on being a "home away from home". A small intimate centre, where you'll find quality relationships being formed between children, their friends and teachers. The open door policy encourages parents and guardians to visit and participate in our centre.

This centre promotes diversity, this diversity combined with the intimate nature of the centre allows children to develop a strong sense of community. A love of play, creativity, and love of learning is encouraged. The team believe that through these, children will develop a strong sense of self, resilience and self worth.

The centre aims to provide a safe, happy and healthy environment which recognises the needs and talents of each child. The centre actively focuses on the children, families, staff and community creating an atmosphere where the children are able to learn who they are and what they can be.

The Role:

  • Full Time / Permanent
  • Lead and motivate the team.
  • Develop and maintain effective collaborative and respectful relationships
  • Support the development, planning and implementation of a quality educational program

Essentials for the role:

  • Diploma/Bachelor of Education
  • A positive and supportive attitude towards early childhood education
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to offer new ideas and concepts
