Randstad is currently recruiting an experienced EA / PA to join an award winning and well respected Construction Company on a Part Time basis. You will support the Managing Director on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 3 hours per day and 6 hours in total with potential to increase these hours as time goes on.

This is an excellent opportunity for return to work mums or students who hae previously worked as an EA or PA. A background in a Construction or Property is ideal but not essential.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • High level diary and email management
  • Create, maintain and update client and administration files
  • Preparing boardroom for a high number of meetings per day
  • Document control, all office records and filing
  • Assist with settlements
  • Preparing mail merges & sending via email and post
  • Event management
  • Arrange travel & Ad hoc duties

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as an EA/ PA
  • Advanced MS Office skills-Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Quick learner with ability to prioritise and multitask
