Are you looking for your first step in to the Corporte world of Events? If yes this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing event coordination and administration
  • Creation and development of marketing collaterals including flyers, banners and holding slides
  • Manage marketing office supplies and keep inventory of event giveaways
  • Raising purchase order and invoicing
  • Expense and travel management for Marketing Director
  • Work daily with internal processes and procedures, offer basic IT support and raise service requests when needed
  • Manage event calendars
  • Management of in house workshops including meeting room booking, ordering catering and local onsite management
  • Manage the merchandise and stock room. This includes auditing levels and reordering

Skills required:

  • Ability to Multitask
  • Detail oriented: ability to achieve accuracy and thoroughness when accomplishing given tasks
  • Good verbal and communication skill is needed to liaise with internal stakeholders and external customers/vendors
  • Poficient with computers
  • Ability to manage strict timelines and prioritise tasks
  • The ability to work harmoniously with a team
