This role requires the successful applicant to carry out a variety of roles including (but not limited to):

  • Organising travel bookings
  • Administrative tasks e.g. filing
  • Scheduling appointments and organising calendars
  • Phone and email management

Looking for talented executive assistants


Negative Vetting level 1 - minimum. Applicants with negative vetting level 2 preferred.

Experience within the Australian Public Service preferred.


-Provide assistance and support to senior managers

-Undertake administrative and coordination tasks

-Prepare correspondence, including minutes, letters and other written material

-Manage and organise the diary, travel and appointments/meetings of senior managers

-Liaise with other areas of the department and external organisations

-Manage office systems and records using Microsoft Office, SAP, and TRIM (electronic file
management system).

-Other duties as directed
