Are you an experienced EA who is looking to step into a new opportunity within a large global company?

This leading global firm specialises in empowering their clients with cutting edge software and infrastructure services in order to guide their journey towards digital transformation.

They are looking for an experienced EA to step in and hit the ground running for a 12 month fixed term period within their Melbourne office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Preparing presentations
  • Organising meetings between different time zones
  • Liaising with other offices nationally as well as internationally
  • Data collation and entry

In order to be a successful in this position you will possess:

  • At least 2 years of experience working as an EA
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to be able to liaise and build rapport with people of different levels including colleagues, direct reports and business stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to be self directed and manage your own time effectively
  • A flexible approach to work and the ability to handle changes in deadlines and priorities
