This is a rare opportunity to join one of the largest FMCG companies in the Australia. This role will be supporting a General Manager of a high performing team within the business.

Ultimately, our client is seeking a customer service focused Executive Assistant who can establish and nurture relationships within the business as well as with external stakeholders.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of diary, email, and travel management
  • Prepare reports and presentations on behalf of the GM
  • Assist the GM with the preparation for important meetings
  • Expense reconciliation for the team
  • Event coordination when needed
  • Invoice and PO management

Skills Required

This role requires a high level of communication, customer service and professionalism as you will constantly be dealing with important stakeholders on behalf of the General Manager.

In addition you will have:

  • At least 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • FMCG experience (not essential)
