Located centrally in Parramatta, close to Public Transport, this NSW Government Department is one of the largest and most recognisable of all NSW Government Departments.

Currently they are seeking an Executive Assistants, to start immediately, supporting one of the directors.

For this role we are looking for a person with sound experience, can do attitude, initiative and enthusiasm. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks as a minimum:

  • Diary Management
  • Meeting, Conference and Event bookings
  • Prepare reports, correspondence and presentations
  • Minute taking
  • Corporate records keeping (TRIM)
  • Travel bookings
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Sound experience from similar role
  • Initiative and confidence
  • Attention to details and ability to work to deadlines
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and TRIM
  • Government background would be a benefit
  • Flexibility in regards to location (Parramatta & CBD)
