Executive Assistant

  • Highly attractive Executive Assistant role working for a well known & established Electronics brand.
  • Temp to Perm Full time Opportunity paying 45-46ph+ Super | Immediate Start

The role requires someone who is highly-organised, process-oriented, comfortable supporting budget management and an excellent communicator supporting senior management.

Your new company is one of the largest well known multinational conglomerate companies focused on electronic and new innovative platforms in technology.

Your new role will be to provide high level administrative and executive support to the senior management.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Coordinate external and internal meetings for VP and support other senior members, when required
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements, inc. flights and accommodation, for Vice President and other senior team members when required
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
  • Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Create charts, graphs and tables from data
  • Prepare presentations using PowerPoint
  • Supervise Operation Team to resolve finance and administrative problems and inquiries
  • Supervise and support the Operation team with all general clerical duties including photocopying, fax, email and mailing
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support for Finance to the IM team as directed

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in a similar role supporting Senior Leaders
  • Extensive previous Executive assistant/ Have experience working with senior executives \Previous experience supporting at a senior manager level
  • Experience in all relevant administrative duties
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
  • Advanced PowerPoint Skills
  • Clear telephone communication skills
