Exciting opportunity to join a large organisation to express your procurement and contract management experience in a well engaged team environment. The organisation has driven strong procurement growth and strategy and now offer an opportunity for a candidate to express their facilities management and contracts administration knowledge in managing effective procurement initiatives for the team.

Main duties include:

  • Audit contracts for compliance with terms and conditions and take appropriate corrective action
  • Proactively manage the tracking of contract information, variations and administrative duties
  • Provide advice in all procurement, contracts administration and compliance activities
  • Develop leading contract management practices including the implementation of a contract management system as required
  • Manage facilities management activities
  • Ensure business objectives and actioned by the appropriate business units and suppliers
  • Work with internal teams to deliver on procurement initiatives
  • Resolve any disputes in an effective and timely manner

Candidate criteria and qualities for the role:

  • Knowledge of procurement principles, practices and supplier management
  • Understanding of contract administration ensuring business units and suppliers deliver on agreed terms and conditions
  • Regulate compliance standards and deliverable matrixs
  • Experience in facilities management would be desirable
