Our client is a well established and respected Government organisation looking for an experienced and dedicated Fleet Administration officer for a contract role. This role demands an exceptional individual and highly organised professional.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Process vehicle registrations, infringements, E-tag / toll transactions, fuel cards and invoicing
  • Coordinate administration of Vehicle Fleet and Property register and all relevant documentation required
  • Arrange maintenance of fleet vehicles in line with servicing, leasing, and Government procedural requirements
  • Ensure documentation is created, stored and archived in line with organisational requirements
  • Deal with accident repair forms
  • Working with MS excel

You will have:

  • Fleet admin management knowledge and experience
  • MS suite experience
  • Attention to detail
  • An efficient work manner
  • Drivers license and own transport
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to pass a police check
