About This Role
In this position you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Group’s marketing plans, innovation strategies and New Product Development programs, across all existing and future product portfolios, including Ingredients, and Meal Solutions. You will also be a member of the Management team.

In this role you will also:

  • Manage the Marketing and R&D teams to deliver on agreed departmental business objectives
  • Lead, coach and develop Marketing & Innovation team members to achieve their full potential
  • Develop and drive marketing and product innovation strategies, across all brands, product portfolios, and channels of sale; and oversee their implementation, to drive business growth in line with agreed Business Strategic Plan
  • Set the NPD agenda and lead the NPD process, working with cross-functional team members to ensure a dynamic NPD pipeline and product launch program, to fuel current and future business growth
  • Develop and present robust business cases
  • Work directly with major customers on customized product development opportunities
  • Manage media relations and brand-related issues management
  • Oversee and leverage consumer, customer and market insights as a basis for all marketing and innovation strategy and growth platforms
  • Manage agreed Marketing and Innovation budgets
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business via active participation as a member of the Management team
  • Deliver any additional projects as directed by the GM Marketing, Innovation & Quality
