A market leader in the distribution of retail products is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst based in Western Sydney on a 6 month + contract.

Must be able to drive to work.

On a daily basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day Level 1.5 expert troubleshooting and high-level technical support.
  • Providing onsite and remote desktop support as part of a team.
  • Support includes all aspects of maintenance, end user support, and implementation/upgrade of existing or new equipment to various customer SOE standards.
  • Carrying out daily functions based on company SLA commitments and ITIL principles.
  • Provide an adaptable and analytical approach to problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding the importance of escalation and the impact of problems on customers businesses.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience in a Level 1 or higher helpdesk support role.
  • Strong demonstrable knowledge of all Microsoft desktop operating systems.
  • ITIL experience (certification preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong experience with Office 365 and Active Directory.
  • Experience with SCCM.
  • Possess a “can-do” attitude.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritisation and organisational abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Valid drivers licence.

Must have a car as public transport is not easily accessible.
