Randstad are seeking Helpdesk Services Officers for a Government agency. As a Helpdesk Services Officer you are required to respond to queries and requests from staff, performing amendments to system records within legislative boundaries, data corrections including inputting failed system transactions and working within the service level. They work collaborative to deliver outstanding customer service outcomes and pride themselves building solid relationships not only within their team but with their customers and stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in helpdesk role
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Experience working with CCMD

Essential Requirements:

  • Baseline Clearance
  • Previous experience with a Government agency
