Our client, a global organisation, are seeking a professional HR Administrator. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be required to provide HR administration support to a dynamic, fast paced, friendly team.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and formating employment contracts, offer letters, contract extensions
  • Liaising with senior management to coordinate on-boarding of new starters
  • Scanning and organising files for performance management project
  • Liaising and providing information to payroll for new starters (superannuation, payment details, etc)
  • Other adhoc HR administration and project work

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR Administration role OR HR internship experience
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to build positive interpersonal relationships and liaise with various individuals across the business
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills- Word and Excel
