This role will work closely with Frontline operational staff in providing advice and support on generalist people services matters, including recruitment, remuneration and benefits administration, award and agreement interpretations, performance management and policies and procedures.

This role will include vasts amount of travel to various locations (predominately South West Sydney) but you will be able to own your own flexibility.

In this role you will:

  • Be the first point of contact with complex HR queries for their business unit.
  • In consultation with the People Services Business Partner, provide advice and support to Frontline Managers on transactional people services matters including recruitment and selection, award and agreement
  • interpretations, less complex performance management and policies and procedures.
  • Participate in performance management discussions supporting Frontline Managers
  • Assist and actively contribute to transformational projects in consultation with the People Services Business Partner

To be considered for this role:

  • A tertiary degree in HR or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally operating effectively in a multi-site environment.
  • A current drivers licence and safe driving record. Willingness to travel between various sites and
  • services
  • Strong administrative and computer skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills and to work closely with others as well as independantly
  • Empathy and patience
