Our client, a prestigious education provider located in Melbourne’s Inner Suburbs, is looking for the next addition to their close-knit HR family.

In this truly generalist role you will be working closely within a small, dedicated and enthusiastic HR Team striving to continue to deliver the best HR outcomes. The successful candidate will be confident in providing a practical, hands-on and flexible service. Your key duties will include:

  • Provision of overall HR administration support
  • Management of the recruitment process
  • Assisting in the development and communication of policy and procedures; policy interpretation
  • HR reporting and analysis
  • Coordination of induction procedures
  • Support and assistance with ad hoc HR projects as required.

To be successful in this role you will need to have strong interpersonal skills, a proactive and flexible approach. You should also have at least 12 months previous experience within a entry level HR / administrative position,
