An amazing permanent opportunity has presented for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client who is based in the CBD/fringe. Our client is a growing rapidly, private equity owned, across Australia and New Zealand within the Financial Services Sector. This role is responsible for managing a wide range of HR generalist activities including providing HR advice and support two national client groups of 160+ people. The culture is energetic, corporate and collaborative, and the HR team are incredibly supportive and agile (and endorse internal career progression too!)

Working closely with your own client groups, you will be partnering with them to deliver generalist HR support with a significant volume recruitment component. This role would suit someone with with strong generalist HR Knowledge and preferably a call centre industry background. You would enjoy this environment if you are naturally energetic and collaborative, and enjoy a highly visible HR remit.

Key areas of responsibility include

  • HR generalist support partnering with your two client groups
  • Driving the recruitment process (peaks of volume) with the support of a recruitment coordinator
  • Provide proactive advise/support and coaching to your clients
  • Support managers with performance management process

To be successful in this opportunity you will require a high level of energy and drive. You must be resilient, able to keep up with the high pace work environment. The successful candidate will be working closely with an HR Coordinator and reporting to the HR Director.
