Reporting to the APAC HR Director you will be part of a larger HR team that drives and delivers the Group’s People Strategy. As an HR Business Partner you have a vital role in the analysis and development of your client groups’ capability whilst fostering a culture that ensures their workforce is engaged, are able to grow and have the dedication to innovate.
Along with tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field, you will have demonstrable experience as an HR Business Partner and will have delivered strong results through being a trusted advisor. Organisational Capability and Development is a passion as part of a broader HR generalist toolkit. HR experience gained from within a software or tech organisation will be advantageous.
You will also have the ability to develop a strong understanding of the business in order to give intelligent and effective advice and guidance that will translate to the escalation of performance and operational outcomes.
