As a leader in it´s field, this global ICT organization is expanding and seeking a committed HR Consultant to join their team in Australia. This key role will see you support the HR manager in Australia by developing and delivering HR consulting expertise across the Australian business.
You will be responsible for a range of tasks including recruitment and selection, drawing up contracts, assisting in learning and development, supporting line managers and assisting with onboarding and training. You will also assist the HR manager with retention of employees and performance management.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast paced environment and be capable of working autonomously and confident liaising with a wide range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also be action orientated, approachable and resilient.
