An exciting opportunity has become available for a results-driven HR Coordinator to join a large and successful organisation in the automotive industry.

Your Role:

Reporting to the head of HR, you will be joining a fun and collaborative HR team of nine people. Your role will be hands-on and varied in nature. You responsibilities will relate to HR operations, projects and supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment.

Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Responding to general HR related queries
  • Managing offers, termination and rejection letters
  • Assisting with the orientation and induction program for new starters
  • Supporting the team with grievance management and other HR activities
  • Coordinating the talent management process
  • Providing general HR admin support
  • Assisting / coordinating key HR projects

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

  • A strong HR administrative or coordination background with knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The desire to work in a collaborative, friendly and fast paced environment!
