HR Coordinator

My client is seeking a professional HR coordinator. This job will give you the opportunity to work for a creative and inventive organisation. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be required to assist with the day to day HR responsibilities.

To be successful you will be a passionate, values driven, HR professional with a ‘can do’ attitude. You won’t be afraid to get involved in exciting projects and tasks that may be out of your ordinary daily responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and formatting employment contracts, offer letters, contract extensions
  • Liaising with senior management to coordinate on-boarding of new starters
  • Chair WHS meetings and manage incidents
  • Manage the immigration process and monitor visa status of employees
  • Other ad hoc HR administration and project work i.e well-being and engagement

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • At least 1 year experience in a HR administration role
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to build positive interpersonal relationships and liaise with various individuals across the business
  • A positive, ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills- Word and Excel
