A leader within the pharmaceutical industry, this successful and innovative organisation are seeking an HR Manager -Remuneration and Benefits, a person that is top of their class who will manage and lead remuneration strategy in the ANZ region.

Reporting to the Human Resource Director, you are part of a close knit HR team in an operational role. The focus of this role will be to develop, maintain and advise on remuneration strategy. Working closely with key stakeholders you will drive the design of incentives that are aligned with the key objectives of attraction, retention and high performance. This role is an influential one, your client group is highly sophisticated and there is a true opportunity to add value.

This role will also give you the opportunity to manage the HR operations for the business, this will include global mobility, ability to provide HR insights on key people issues, as well as working closely with the HR team with any projects within leadership development etc.

To be successful in this role you will have previous remuneration and benefits experience, possess a high level of commercial acumen and a consultative delivery style. This is a highly visible role where stakeholder engagement is essential; success requires exemplary interpersonal skills both written and verbal. Experience gained within a multinational organisation is advantageous.
