In this leadership appointment, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of diverse HR services in line with the people and business requirements of a multi-site client group. You will be a true generalist with duties including performance management & employee relations, coaching, policy advising as well as supporting broader organisational development initiatives.
This role will suit a senior HR Advisor or Business Partner looking to take the step into HR Management. Reporting to the HR Director, you will engage with the business to deliver HR processes and systems. To succeed in this critical business appointment, you will be suitably qualified and have extensive HR generalist, ideally at the management or strategic level, within a service-orientated industry. It is critical that you will possess a developed commercial sense, be a ‘hands on’ operator, with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience in the delivery of projects will be highly regarded.
