Are you a recent HR graduate or an experienced HR Administrator looking for your next opportunity?

Your new company:

This company is a leader in the design, funding and construction of major projects and infrastructure assets across diverse industries. Your new team are like minded individuals and your new manager is looking for an Administrator who will hit the ground running.

Your new role:

A typical day in your new role will involve providing a strong administration service to your team. You will be building rapport with key internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis to assist in achieving continuous improvement and enhancing the efficient operations on site. You will be working full time hours from Monday to Friday. The company culture is fun, professional, hard working and team focused.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Action all HR transitional requests accurately and within SLA
  • Ensure all follow ups and escalations are actioned in a timely manner
  • Ensure all employee files are accurately maintained
  • Manage business related issues for Recruitment Success
  • Deliver excellent customer service in all HR transactional interactions
  • Ensure all process documentation used is current and accurate
  • Interaction with external vendors to help manage business expectations
  • Positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.
  • Carry out all duties in line with Company policies and procedures as amended from time to time.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Relevant Degree in HR or a related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and confidently both in writing and verbally
  • Ability to prioritise and consistently meet deadlines whilst working under pressure
  • Demonstrated experience of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with strong personal drive to deliver value added customer service
  • Intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications
  • An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
