A well known global organisation in the logistics industry is looking for a well-rounded Business Analyst who understands the Business and HR domains, to assist with their HRIS system, Workday.

The Business Analyst should be able to document processes and requirements, figure out how to best utilise Workday and propose solutions for best practice. This is not a technical role; however knowledge of the Workday HRIS system is crucial.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate abstract technical information into business requirements, vice versa.
  • Strong knowledge in HR domain and HRIS systems (WORKDAY EXPERIENCE A MUST)
  • Previously worked a across Workday implementation
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience across the entire SDLC
  • Experience in facilitating and running workshops
  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal

This is a permanent position based in the CBD’s Inner Suburbs, available immediately for the right candidate.
