This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a market leading, global business. Reporting to a Senior HR Manager, and working within a collaborative and inclusive HR team. You will be required to develop strong relationships across senior levels of the business in order to develop and support your client groups which will consist of shared services and a specialist SME client group.

Responsibilities include;

  • Working with managers to determine future recruitment needs, and managing the end to end recruitment process within the specialist client groups
  • Providing advice and guidance on employee relations, performance and development and remuneration
  • Working with the L&D team to develop employees within your client group
  • Managing the cyclical processes including driving the performance review process
  • Advising on HR policies and procedures
  • Leading on key HR projects within the HR team

To be successful in this role you will bring a desire to work as part of a collaborative and professional team, as well as;

  • Strong experience in a generalist HR position, ideally partnering with a corporate client group and exposure to a partnership environment is beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at a senior level
  • Experienced in cyclical HR activities including performance reviews, succession planning and rem reviews
  • Be an articulate and self motivated individual
