The Role

The role requires an enthusiastic and team-minded professional to liaise with stakeholders, perform site analysis, provide test and training logistics, assist with building SharePoint sites in the Office365 suite and other tasks as agreed within the project. The role may also involve delivering individual or group training to various stakeholders for frequently used features. The role would suit someone interested in a career in business analysis, communications and change, or specialisation in digital/Office365 platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communication and liaison with a range of business stakeholders according to a defined process.
  • Gather requirements, determine complexity of activities according to an agreed model and work with other team members to produce a fit-for-purpose result.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of models used within the project
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, communications and training within the scope of the project.
  • In conjunction with other team members, deliver various training components to SharePoint Online users in an individual or group style.
  • Assist other team members in the development and/or migration of SharePoint sites into various products in the Office365 suite

Necessary Requirements:

  • Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree in a relevant area, with subsequent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, showing clear organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload with limited supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to a variety of audiences with a clear focus on customer/client outcomes building positive relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate user acceptance testing according to set requirements and criteria.
  • Exposure to project environments and related processes, methods and artefacts.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and/or Office365 enterprise productivity suite (including SharePoint Online)
