Our large client, based in Varsity Lakes are seeking employees to join their 300+ staffed call centre. On board full time training is provided within your first few weeks in the role to the successful applicants.

This role will see you working a 6am - 11pm rotating shift with a total of 38 hours per week. It is a full time, permanent position that will also include weekend work, if rostered on. Your first 2 weeks will be full time training during office hours between 8am - 5.30pm.

You will be working in a highly supportive environment with a strong team emphasis. The office cafeteria boasts multiple lazyboys, Playstations, vending machines and coffee machines in order to help you relax and enjoy your breaks.

In order to be successful in this position, you will need to:

  • Prepare for a telephone screen interview
  • Have previous experience in a people-based environment (Hospitality, retail, customer service)
  • Comfortable with the use of computers
  • A proven clean criminal history
  • Reliable mode of transport to get to and from work
  • No previous history of bankruptcy / insolvency
  • Possess valid work rights (Permanent Residency / Citizenship - sponsorship will not be provided for this role)
