This is a rare part-time or full-time opportunity that serves to provide high quality customer support. Your New Role

A typical day in your new role will involve providing a comprehensive range of service related assistance to customers in NSW via phone and email. You will assist customers with their account enquiries professionally and comprehensively. Operating as an integral part of the wider customer support team, you will be building rapport with key internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis to help in achieving continuous improvement and enhancing customer experience.

What You Will Need To Succeed

  • Recent proven, stable experience in a similar role will be very highly regarded.
  • A genuine desire to assist internal and external customers.
  • Be extremely reliable and able to 3 days per week. 11:00am - 7:00pm Fridays are a must! or Monday to Friday 6-8 hours a day.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form.
  • Sound skills in problem solving / customer issue resolution.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Present professionally in business attire.
  • Proven ability to add value as a part of a diverse and dedicated team.
  • Answer and respond to customer enquiries about their accounts.
